For those who love the classics, they have Movie Pop made with real butter, Sweet Corn, or Double Cheddar (made up of Vermont and California cheeses). Ube (Purple Popcorn)
For a very unusual (and colorful!) treat, try the Ube Caramel popcorn. The Logemann’s Caramel is drizzled with a mix of authentic ube extract from the Philippines mixed with vanilla white chocolate. Happy Lemon originated in Taiwan and has brought their tea culture to the world, serving hand-crafted teas, smoothies, and slushies made with fresh ingredients.

The salted cheese—a foamy, creamy layer made of cream cheese, whipped cream, milk, and a little rock salt—is added to the top of a tea. There is even a special technique for drinking it. Instead of mixing in the white, foamy top layer, tilt your cup about 45 degrees and sip so that you get a mixture of sweet saltiness with your sip of tea.

While Happy Lemon does not make customer-created drinks, they can modify your drink somewhat. You can choose from over 20 toppings, including favorites, such as boba, lychee jelly, salted cheese, fresh taro or taro balls, fresh fruit, and more. Added toppings are an additional charge.
Bubble Waffles
If you want to add a snack to go with your drink, Happy Lemon has bubble waffles. To order these, you choose a base: original, matcha, or chocolate. Next, you choose a filling: red bean, Oreo, or boba. Last, you choose a dipping sauce: salted cheese, tiramisu salted cheese, condensed milk, or puff cream. Pair your waffle with your drink of choice.

This unique, family-owned store offers some delicious (and nutritious) options, including smoothies and smoothie bowls, fresh juices, slushees, fruit cups, and mangonadas. With creatively-named, tasty treats and drinks, you’ll be sure to have a hard time choosing a favorite!

Ice Factory is known for their fun rolled ice cream. You can choose from these tastebud-tempting flavors: strawberry with cheesecake and whipped cream, Ferrero Rocher with strawberries and whipped cream, iced coffee with caramel syrup and whipped cream, Oreo with strawberries and whipped cream, Cocoa Pebbles with brownies and whipped cream, Fruity Pebbles, matcha, and, of course, a must-have in Gilroy—garlic ice cream!
