The unmistakable aroma of garlic will once again fill the air as the Gilroy Garlic Festival returns for a revamped and flavorful experience from July 25–27, 2025. This beloved California tradition is back and better than ever — and you're invited to be part of the magic!

Hosted at South County Grove, nestled in the beautiful grounds of the South County Grove at Gilroy Gardens, the festival will welcome up to 3,000 guests per day, offering a more intimate and immersive celebration of all things garlic.

Today, the volunteer-led non-profit Gilroy Garlic Festival Association continues the legacy of the Festival through various community events throughout the year. All proceeds from these events help support the the Gilroy Garlic Festival Association, which has raised more than $12 million since 1979 for local schools, community groups, and charities.
