Gilroy Garlic Festival

The great garlic godfather of all summer food festivals

Since the very first Gilroy Garlic Festival in 1979, the local community has come together to welcome thousands of visitors from around the world to enjoy great garlicky food and family fun. For 2021, the Garlic Festival has been reimagined as a “Drive-Thru” experience, where you can still enjoy all your Festival favorites from Gourmet Alley!

Drive-Thru

From scampi and calamari to pepper steak sandwiches and garlic fries, you can now enjoy all your favorite garlicky dishes from Gourmet Alley in a convenient “drive-thru”! This new Gilroy Garlic Festival experience will be held on the weekends of July 23-25 and July 30-August 1 at Gilroy Presbyterian Church at 6000 Miller Avenue in Gilroy. More details on hours to come.

Farm-to-Table

Savor the freshness from local fields, orchards, and vineyards as you enjoy artisanal foods and amazing wines at a Farm-to-Table dinner at Fortino Winery (4525 Hecker Pass Highway in Gilroy) on the evening of Saturday, July 24. Check the Gilroy Garlic Festival website for chef and menu details.
