The Neon Exchange: Not Your Average Meeting & Event Space

The Neon Exchange in Gilroy is one of the most unique meeting spaces in the Santa Clara Valley. If your employees are tired of typical presentations with hours spent staring at neutral walls and carpets, it’s time you booked your company’s next convention in Gilroy. This colorful, artistically-decorated space will keep your employees engaged—and possibly inspire their own creative ideas!

Owner Toni Bowles remodeled the building, which was once a historical hotel built in 1921. Keeping the original wood floors, she added gold fixtures, vibrant wallpaper, and luxurious décor. Her motto—“Work Brightly”—sums up the décor and energy in this space, which she hopes will “provide inspiration and support for your personal and professional goals.”

Toni coordinated much of the building’s renovation during the difficult and uncertain times of the COVID-19 pandemic. Through her vision and dedication, she brought the place to life. “Trying to establish The Neon Exchange during the pandemic proved to be difficult because we couldn’t showcase our events and what we had to offer during the quarantine period,” Toni said. “I leaned heavily into community-centric services that were vital to the city. We became an essential service hot spot for community aid. The pandemic was difficult to market our services in, but in the end the community remembered us in a different light instead of forgetting that we existed altogether. I’m grateful for that.”

The Neon Exchange uses the perfect blend of art, history, architecture, and open spaces to meld functionality and fun in a way that will inspire your staff and bring them together. Book your company’s next meeting, presentation, or special event at this special place.
