Visit Gilroy is a non-profit Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) dedicated to promoting Gilroy as a tourist destination. Visit Gilroy operates the California Welcome Center Gilroy, which provides a centralized source of local knowledge and information for visitors, residents, travel agents, and media. Conveniently located in Gilroy Premium Outlets, the Welcome Center is also a great place to find unique Gilroy gifts and souvenirs!

Jane Howard
Executive Director
Jane oversees all Visit Gilroy operations, communications, advertising, marketing, social media, and community partnerships. A resident of Gilroy for over 35 years, Jane is an active member of the local community and has served as executive director of the Gilroy Visitors’ Bureau (now operating as the California Welcome Center Gilroy) since 2005.
Pam Gimenez
Visitor Service Manager
Pam is a third-generation Gilroyan, and she loves to meet and greet visitors who come in to the California Welcome Center Gilroy. She previously worked for Michael Bonfante at corporate headquarters for Nob Hill Foods during the creation and development of what is now Gilroy Gardens Family Theme Park.
