As you stroll through the Paseo, take a moment to look at the historic murals and interpretative panels to learn more about the city’s storied past, from the Early Settlers and roots of Agriculture through The Cowboy Era, the growth of Commerce and Hospitality, and of course, Gilroy’s long love affair with Garlic.
