The tasting includes 4 wines plus their Port.  Three wines are paired with a truffle bite and the Port is paired with a piece of cheese:

• Chardonnay with a Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel truffle bite
• Sophie’s Blend as a palate cleanser
• Estate Merlot with a Blackberry Soft Center
• Cabernet Sauvignon with an Apple Pie truffle
• Port with a piece of Dutch Gouda cheese.
