Through her vision and dedication, she brought the place to life. “Trying to establish The Neon Exchange during the pandemic proved to be difficult because we couldn't showcase our events and what we had to offer during the quarantine period,” Toni said. “I leaned heavily into community-centric services that were vital to the city. We became an essential service hot spot for community aid. The pandemic was difficult to market our services in, but in the end the community remembered us in a different light instead of forgetting that we existed altogether.
