- Seated events: Up to 125 guests for lunch or dinner (in-house banquet tables available)
- Mixer-style event with standing: Up to 175 people
- Executive Conference Room: Up to 48 guests
- The Library: Up to 25 guests

Catering Options
- Food can be brought in or catered.
- The Neon Exchange can recommend local caterers or bakers on request, with the option to have them deliver food.
- Some local restaurants will deliver lunches.
- You may bring in your own food—prepackaged or potluck style.
- Alcohol: No hard alcohol. A hosted (no cash) bar serving beer, wine, and champagne is allowed.

- The 10-foot projector screen is free to use with bookings.
- There is plenty of free parking available nearby (up to 135 spots in parking lot right behind building).
